This Sheep Printable Sight Words Game I'm sharing with you today is perfect for preschoolers or kindergartners who are working on learning their sight words and it makes a great spring learning activity.

There are so many simple ways to turn learning about the alphabet into a fun game or engaging activity for kids. This week we made learning fun at home with this Valentine Monster Alphabet and Sight Words Game. Preschool Alphabet Ocean Hunt (Free ABC Ship Printable)

If you are a regular here, you know that I love finding fun ways for my daughter to practice her uppercase and lowercase letters with fun Alphabet games. This week I looked at our globe sitting on our mantel and I thought it would be a great resource for creating a fun Alphabet Ocean Hunt game for my preschooler. Not only did my daughter have a blast with the game but we also talked about the World, the difference between oceans and lands on the map, and she learned where we live on the globe. The free ABC Ship Printable included in this post couples great as a simple preschool craft too.

U is for Under the Tree Alphabet Craft

I have been posting Alphabet Crafts today. If you missed our first two, you can get caught up with our K craft. U is probably one of the most difficult letters to correspond with a Christmas or Winter Theme. After some thought I went with one thing every child looks forward to at Christmas, U is for Under the tree.

Y is for Yarn Alphabet Craft

Continuing with the Alphabet Christmas/Winter Theme I'm also sharing with you a Y is for Yarn Craft. Y is one of those tricky letters that is hard to correspond with Christmas or Winter, but ultimately I think yarn works great. It's common for people to have knitted stockings or homemade knitted hats, scarves or mittens so here is a simple way to learn about the letter Y.

K is for King Alphabet Craft

My friend over at Crafty Morning has been working on a Christmas/Winter themed Alphabet series and I decided to do a couple of the letters in the alphabet to go along with her series. Some of the letters are really tricky for a Christmas or Winter theme so hopefully these ideas can help you with some of those difficult letters. If you have a preschooler, these letter crafts are a great way to help them learn their alphabet! I'll be breaking my three letters up into different posts and first I'm sharing our K is for King Alphabet Craft.

Rainbow Fish Alphabet Match

I loved coming across this "Rainbow Fish A, B, C" Book at my library last week. There isn't much text in it at all, it's basically a review of the ABC's in order on each page.

When I looked through it I knew it would be perfect to use as an ABC matching activity for my daughter to review the alphabet. It turned out to be quite a hit with her!
