Stick Owl Craft for Kids

Some people are ridiculously in love with cats or shoes, but me...you can call me the crazy owl lady. I love, love owls and owl crafts! The kids craft stars challenge this month is all about sticks so after collecting a few handfuls we turned them into my most favorite thing of course, an owl. This stick owl craft for kids is so fun since it is made almost entirely of nature elements. Kung Fu Panda Cereal Craft

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #CerealAnytime #CollectiveBias We sure hope you enjoy making this Kung Fu Panda Cereal Craft together as a family.

Sometimes inspiration for a kid craft comes at the most unexpected times...like when I'm walking down the cereal aisle at my local Walmart and see the new Kung Fu Panda Po Power Crunch. The truth is, some people look at a box of cereal as a simple breakfast food or afternoon snack, but at my house a box of cereal is often an invitation for an afternoon full of fun. Whether we use the actual cereal for crafting or re-purpose the box into something creative and fun, a box of cereal has endless amounts of opportunity.

Simple Chick Craft for Kids

This cute and simple chick craft for kids was inspired by our recent Baa Baa Black Sheep craft. I loved the fun fluffy texture we got when we colored with white crayon on top of the black paint to make the sheep wool, and it made my mind spin with other fun ways we could get that same type of texture with different crafts. This time we used Fun Chalk to make that same fluffy texture and boy oh boy, I love how cute it turned out! If you're looking for a simple chick craft to make for Easter, you don't want to miss this one!

This dyed cotton ball sheep craft is our last activity for the week. It's so fluffy and fun and it goes along perfectly with the nursery rhyme Baa, Baa Black Sheep or as a cute Easter or spring craft for kids.
